I had downloaded open office several weeks ago. At the end of the  
downloading I had purpose 4 cd's I had to pay for shipping. I have not heard  
anything 
and no products in the mail. Now that I have released my cc info I  can't 
anyone to response back to me. Please advise on what to do?
