Thanks for all of the suggestions and comments. I've slightly modified the
reminder which will send submit periodically.
Also, if anyone is interested in helping with the moderation work, please drop
me an email. For this you need to have a good idea of how to setup mail
filters and be able to handle a large volume of spam.
