Somewhere on Sourceforge is a program that converts PDF2ODF. AFAIK, it only works on Linux. [IIRC, it is called PDF2ODF.] I haven't used that converter, so I don't know how well it works. [Typically I simply export PDFs to text, and edit the text.]
