I doubt it.

Generally speaking, this level of formatting "intelligence" is beyond a
wordprocessor, which means if you actually *need* this level of document
control, you should probably be using a document system which provides
that kind of programmability as standard. Currently that indicates
something like LaTeX or XML-with-XSLT.
