That's the question ! I think it may come from a copy and paste (or an import) of another document, keeping some HTML or XML code hidden somewhere. You can send me your template (without replying the mailing list) if you want, I can try to have a look. I'm rather interested because I've never seen this issue on my systems (3 installs on XP, 2 on Linux, each with several upgrades).
