I do not know this organization, but in the "License Agreement" you find this: "5. You may make copies of the Software under this Agreement for Your personal use only. You may not redistribute the Software in any form. You may not lend, lease, rent, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or request donations for any information, software, products or services that are part of the Software." It seems to me contradictory with the notion of a Free Open Source Software.
