There is File >Wizards >Install fonts from the web which enables you to
install an "offline" package but you have to run OpenOffice as administrator
to implement installation for all users.
I had trouble with the dictionary wizard and did not want to run OpenOffice
as administrator (the "administrator" button in the wizard is disabled on my
system) so I have resorted to crude hacking by moving the font files to
<path>/openoffice.org2.0/share/fonts
