[users] HAVING PROBLEMS MY DOWNLOADING FAILED...

Every time I try to download it stops.  Last night it was down loading for 5 
hours and then stopped. Is it partially downloaded??  Then this morning I tried 
again and it stopped.  Frustrating.  What am I doing wrong?
