About assigning macros to buttons and objects: Right click an object while in edit mode (you might want to view the tool bar "form controls" for that, just click View->Tool bars->Form controls (I am translating from Swedish now so use your imagination if it doesn't say exactly what I write here). Now click "Control...", then the "Events" tab. Click the appropriate "..." button and then "Macro..." and then wait for about a week or so for something to happen... (kidding, but it took very long time when I tried it a few seconds ago), then look for your macro, select it and click OK.
To assign a macro to a tool bar button, click Tools->Customize, then the "Tool bars" tab. There is a button called "Add commands...". It allows you to select an existing command or a macro. When that's done you can add an icon to the button (I guess you could do that before assigning the macro too) by clicking Command->Change icon. Johnny Andersson 2007/2/4, Gary <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
I am trying to use version 2.1 however, I can find nothing that would guide me to using or converting my Excel VBA macros in Calc. Also, if I write a new macro, I can't even find how to assign the macro to a button or object, (please excuse me if the terminology is incorrect for Calc), can anyone help or point me in the right direction?
