I can see your problem on my system too... Never noticed it before as
I don't generally print from my Mac... I notice there are some
options if you click File -> Print then click Properties next to the
name of your printer. There are some options for me under the
'Device' Tab at the top.
Failing this it's not very elegant but you can export the file as a
PDF and then print from Preview.
Someone else might be able to give a better solution...
