I'm not sure which help document (or help system) you mean.
I'm not inserting pics into two frames - just one. I caption the frame. But from what you say it's probably better to use the table approach since the document is so big and the memory is limited. I will be going through my document and switching to tables. Do you think it's better to embed the graphics or link them? Thanks.
