Can you be more precise in your question? Are you having trouble with
entering
the characters from the keyboard, or in having OpenOffice display the
results? Or something else?
I don't know Bengali, nor Windows, but if you can give information about
what
you are trying to do, then perhaps someone who does know will answer.
