Maybe someone would be able to help you if you give some more
information about the operating system you use, the version of
OpenOffice, kind of documents etc. I did not ever have any difficulty to
print Writer documents (Windows XP, OO 2.0.4). If you return to MS Word
or Works, be aware of the fact that these are two different software.
The format of a Works document can hardly be read from another software
unless you have saved it in special format as RTF or .doc.
