That's a good guess but I doubt that's the problem. Even with no print range defined, I use File >Page Preview from a sheet of my test document and I get a preview of the whole page.
Specifically, fothergill, I believe Joe is suggesting that you select the area you want to print and use Format >Print Ranges >Define | Add . It's a very clumsy tool but you can use > Edit to make sure the range was actually defined or added. If that's not the problem, could you be more specific? What did you do and what was the result?
