A recent mention of this on the "Discuss" List - see

I doubt that it is a feature that is likely to get high priority when
developer resources are so limited. Of course this is open source and if
you are a programmer or you or your firm are sufficiently enthusiastic
and have the resources, you can write the interface. I doubt that it
would be a trivial project however.
