Hi James I just tried an "Insert Envelope" and was able to choose No 10 on the Format Tab. Then choosing Printer- Setup -Properties I could choose the Paper Size as No 10 Envelope. This was just with the OOo dialogues, so I doubt that yours would differ. OOo 2.1 on Gentoo.
