I didn't have this good experience. Oo2.1 & 2.1 each installed themselves on my desktop and in ///Documents and Settings///, not in my Programs folder as Iwould have expected, and When I recently downloaded Oo2.1, Oo2.0 remained fully intact, as far as I could tell.

I have version 2.0 which I run on Windows XP and love it! However,
I would like to install version 2.1.

My questions are:

1. Is this advisable or should I just stick with 2.0?
2. Do I uninstall 2.0 and then install 2.1, or install 2.1 then
uninstall 2.0? 3. Will Open Office ever be updatable without
uninstalling/reinstalling?

Forgive my non-high-tech questions!

Thanks,
Paula

Version 2.1.0 will install over the top of 2.0. You do not have
to uninstall 2.0.
