[users] problem downloading openoffice

I am downloading onto windows XP.  I have a problem as it had downloaded 47 
percent of it and then it came up with subscriber unknown do you still wish to 
download.  I clicked yes and it then its response is that downloading is either 
corrupt and cannot continue please contact the company.  What can I do with 
downloading openoffice.org.....Awaiting your response...
