John: The problem is NOT with writing a FAQ, I've done that before. The problem is with getting folks to READ it. With the current readme, FAQs are not even mentioned nor is the impression given that [email protected] is nothing more than a staffed help desk to help folks with their problems, rather than it being a volunteer staffed mailing list. You willing to help and rewrite/edit a new readme?
