The license for OOo is at http://www.openoffice.org/license.html
(English version). You might want to have your company's legal
advisor read it. This license should also be listed on the Russian
language site: http://ru.openoffice.org. (I do not speak or read
Russian, so I do not know.)
As long as your company is engaged in legal practices, you are
free to use OOo (OpenOffice.org) on your company computers. You can
also give your employees a copy to install it on their personal
computers as well.
