This is a disgusting practice. However he does state he copies and
sells it to save consumers the trouble of downloading !!!!

The GPL under which OOo is licenced not only permits the
redistribution of the software, it actually encourages it. People sell
Fedora and Firefox disks as well. In fact, I'd recommend that if
you're not already familiar with those two products, that you go check
them both out.
