If your correspondent has only MS Word, he/she will be able to open your
attachment only if you send it in a format that is recognized by MS
Word, i.e. MS-Word, or RTF. You can do it in one of these two manners:
1. File > Send > Send as e-mail in MS Word format
2. Save yourself the document in MS Word format, and then attach it to
your mail.
