Dear Sirs; I thank you in advance for your advice and time. I wanted to download your OpenOffice 2.1 and it went through the motions until it reached the "unpack" level. That particular button was not active and remained greyed out so that I was unable to unpack the downloaded program. I do not have a zip file and have never used one. Is that the problem. I would like to try your OpenOffice program as it was recommended to me. Any information you can supply will be appreciated. I use XP and that was the version I tried to download. Thank you, Tony
