Nina, In OpenOffice, unlike MS Office, shortcuts are not "translated" to Swedish/Norwegian or any other language. In Excel Swedish (maybe Norwegian too), Ctrl+B is Find & Replace and Ctrl+F=Bold (Fet). OpenOffice use the same keyboard shortcuts for all languages: Ctrl+B=Bold, Ctrl+F=Find & Replace. Ctrl+U=Underline which accidently happens to be the same key combination in Swedish and Norwegian (Understrykning in Swedish).
In OpenOffice (and probably also in MS Office) you can customize your shortcuts. Click Tools -> Customize, then click the Keyboard tab. Select a function to be assigned and select a key combination, then Change. Johnny Andersson 2007/2/16, nina martins <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
Hi I am so very new at this. Strange things happen - as ctrl+F and ctrl + K does not work, but ctrl + U does. Any wise suggestions? gratefully, Pionersjel
