You can't -- to my knowledge.
Since Draw uses a constant dpi, you could try scaling the drawing up ~3x.
You can also use the "Print to file" option to get PostScript output,
and then ImageMagick+Ghostscript to convert that to an image with
whatever resolution you need:
$ convert -density 300 squidge.ps squidge.png
