Hmm, don't know if I explicitly cover this in AndrewBase.odt or not, but
I use sub forms all the time (as in multiple sub-forms). You simply need
to add them manually from the form navigator AND you must also manually
set the relationship. Be certain to insert the form into the proper form
to keep the correct child/parent relationship.
