[users] download troubles

I've been trying to download OpenOffice for my Macbook with OS 10.4,  
but every time i try to open it i get an error saying that i need to  
have OS 11 installed.  I've attempted to download the correct  
verision several times, bt i still get the error.

What should i do...besides upgrading to OS 11...
