Not sure about non-profit, but it *is* free for educational institutions & student, researcher, staff, or faculty member: http://www.sun.com/products-n-solutions/edu/solutions/staroffice.html Hmmm, my son is a full-time college student & my wife is a staff member at the local school. I reckon I'll have them download it just to see what the new & improved Star 8 + templates are like... my SO CD is version 5.1 :-) In response to the OP's original: > How do I address and print a series of envelopes from a database > containing names and addresses? I have created a template for the envelope. As others have pointed out, just look in the documentation. You use the Mail Merge feature, just be sure to "register" your database first (Templates|Address Book Source}. The envelope template is already there (Insert|Envelope). --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
