A page with zero margins and a 2 x 2 table????
Experimenting suggests that 5.49 is the maximum row height that will
work on an 11" page with no margins: I haven't established why, but it
is probably due to the metric bias in OO.o not accurately converting the
row height (although the width is not a problem).
Of course, whatever you are using this for presupposes that any printer
that is involved can cope with edge to edge printing.
