If OOo and OOo portable have the same version numbers then from a
functionality perspective there should be no differences.

There will be of course 'under the hood' differences where it saves
data, whether it uses the PC's registry, where is stores some of the
data, etc... but not functionality wise.

Huh ??  Defender doesn't stop spyware (Webroot) ; firewall is only 50%
