Sinyagovsky Antony, Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, this is not a help desk direct email address, but the address to a volunteer supported mailing list. Your screen shot was stripped by the mailer software as it could possibly contain malware. After saying this, I do have a suggestion, please submit an issue at the Issue Tracker, which can be accessed through: http://qa.openoffice.org/ooQAReloaded/ooQA-ReportBugs.html Please start with the second item, register. Then please look to see if the issue already exists. If it does, please vote for it. If it does not, please submit a new issue. For the first issue, this would affect the Writer as that is the portion used to create text and web documents. Please include,if possible, the Microsoft Word document as well as screen pictures (called by some folks screenshots) of the document displayed in Word as well as Writer so we can see the differences. Please do not assign the issue, but please fill in as much information as possible, including the steps to recreate the problem (I know this seems simple, but this will get your issue reviewed quickier.) As addtional information the e-mail address you register to the Issue Tracker must be capable of receiving ncoming messages as this will be the method for QA/Developers to communicate with you (some developers are located many hours difference from Russia). Please also post the issue number to this list so that it will be added to the archives so others, who may experience the same problem, can visit your issue and add additional comments and to vote on it. The more votes the more likely that a developer will work on your problem, although if we do noth have a developer in our community, you are welcome to assist in any way you can. As I stated earlier, this is a volunteer staffed mailing list, and it is primarily in English. If you feel more comfortable conversing in your primary language, you are welcome to visit our Russian language web site http://ru.openoffice.org where a Russian language users list should be available. Please as a favor to myself and the list, send any replies to [EMAIL PROTECTED] I courteslly replied to your address because you might not see this reply otherwise.
