     Take the time to introduce OOo to the others at work. In the 
meanwhile, you need to save any work done at home in MS Office 
formats. Specifically, use File > Save As   and change the File type 
from OpenDocument (.odt) to Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP.
     You might want to also check the Microsoft web site. They have 
created an add on to allow Office to handle  .odt files. I am not 
sure what version of Word is required for this.
