Can you use open office on the web or do you have to download it?
It must be downloaded and installed, but for an FYI, Google documents can read .odt (Open document text) format. (http://docs.google.com/)
I have a power point project can it be imported into open office?
Yes it can.
Is power point compatible with the program?
I'm not quite sure what you mean by this; but presentations created in Impress that are saved with the .ppt extension can be opened in powerpoint. They are two separate programs, else. -- ~~~~~~~ Heather AIM: drgnchlde ~Please, no more of the stupid today.
