You need to have a portrait style AND a landscape style. Just change to the style you want to get the desired output. You may have to create the style yourself, if you do, just open the style, change it, and resave it with a new name (for instance, name it "landscape."

Thank you Dave Barton and Brian Barker:
I had been using file-print- properties and selecting landscape. It prints portrait (unless I change the default). Now, per your replies, I have tried format-page-landscape. It prints landscape!!!!!! Now, interestingly, having done the above, if I subsequently enter file-print-properties, it doesn't matter what I select, it prints landscape. So, the format-page route overrides. If I want to go back to portrait I must enter format-page-portrait. The file-print-properties route does not have any influence. Is this normal? I have not experienced this before. It is not the case with my Epson Stylus Photo R200 which I also have on line.

Thank you gentlemen for your vey helpful advice.
