I downloaded Chart2 Second Integration Candidate (Milestone 11) from

to my hard drive. After reading the readme, looking for installation
instructions and not finding any, I floundered around a bit trying
unsuccessfully to figure it out, I came to the conclusion that I will
simply have to ask.
So, two questions:
1. WHY does the readme file not include installation instructions?
2. HOW, step by step, do you install? I am using WinXP Pro and have
OOo2.2 RC1 in use.
