Hi

I am unable to find out how to put page numbers on the sheets/pages.  For 
example, if I create a file with a report containging 156 pages, how you I set 
the file to show and print pages numbers - starting with page 1 and going to 
the last page (page 156) - so that ecah page has its own unique page number,
