Hi Lee

The presentation is of both pictures and music.
Where I am having a problem is in size. I am in the 650 MB
range at this point and the program bogs down.

One thing that may help is resizing the pictures before you insert them into the program. It may be that you are inserting the photos directly from a scanner of camera. These photos are much bigger than you need to display them in a presentation. If you resize them to 1024 x 768 (or the resolution of the monitor you will be displaying them on), you will greatly reduce the size of your presentation (possibly be about 10 times).

You can resize the photos quite easily in a graphics program. A good (and free) one I have used in Windows is XnView (www.xnview.com).

Similarly, if you are using uncompressed .wav files for your music, you will make your presentation much smaller by using .mp3 or .ogg music instead.

Unfortunately, this may mean redoing a fair amount of work.

If I have misinterpreted your situation, or you have further questions, please let us know.

Adrian
