Hi Darren,

Unfortunately the dictionary files cannot be used with Outlook Express.

If you go to the following site and go to the Outlook Express section, you 
will find a program to download which adds spell checking to Outlook Express.

There is also a patch on the site which can be applied to change the default 
setting from US English to English for other countries. That is "colour" and 
not "color".
