Please explain how you would want to use this; it seems to me that, in a
justified paragraph, *all* spaces are width-adjusting.

It turns out that non-breaking space is not width-adjusted - see first
line in file http://www.mytempdir.com/1242197

Also there is http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=23333
that seemeing requests something like this.
