[users] problems with open office

hi. i've downloaded OpenOffice 2.1 for the Mac OS 10.4 Tiger and when i
clicked on it to open the dmg. file, it said that the system could not
recognize the disc image. if you could possibly explain a solution for this,
that would be great. Thank you for your time!
