OOo 2.0.4 on Ubuntu Edgy amd64

I have a macro named "double" and it works fine from Tools > Macros >
Run Macro. I want to assign a shortcut key to this macro. According to
the Help file if I open Tools > Macros > Organize Macros >
OpenOffice.org Basic, select the macro, then click on the Assign button
I should be able to assign a shortcut key to the macro. This does open
the Customize dialog box, but the Keyboard tab is missing. If I open
the Customize dialog box directly by Tools > Customize, then the
Kayboard tab is there. However, clicking on the Keyboard tab I do not
see any way to select the macro to assign it. The only things I can
assign a keyboard shortcut to are standard OOo functions.

So either way I am blocked from assigning a keyboard shortcut to my
macro. Is this another thing that is broken in my OOo 2.0.4? Or have I
missed a step here?
