Under the terms of the Lesser GNU Public License, what Cosmi is selling is 
legal.  If you are willing to pay the price, it will sell.  It is even legal to 
change the name.  However, it is not legal to sell some of the products 
included with StarOffice, which is a commercial product made and sold by Sun 
Microsystems.
