Select the right most tab - "Sheet". On the bottom left of the dialog box is Scaling mode. In the drop down box select "Fit print range(s) to width(s)/height". If the width & height options to the right are both set to one, this will give everything on one page. The "Page" tab on this dialog box will allow you to select sheet size and orientation. TomW
Pam, I guess you might also use the 'Excel Way': Image > Page Ending (or something like that, second item in droplist). Then you can drag the thick blue lines to include all your columns and rows.
