Hi OpenOffice,
I have open-office ver 2.0 and I wish to upgrade to the latest. I do wish to
download the entire package once again. Is there any way to download only the
upgrade?

No, you have to download the whole thing - it's all one file. The new
version (2.1) should just install over the top of the older 2.0. All
your documents, templates etc. will be preserved. If downloading such a
large file is problematic, for example because you have a slow internet
connection, you might want to consider buying a CD from one of the
companies listed at
http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/index.html#cdrom Most of the
companies on that list will only charge you a nominal amount to cover
the cost of the CD itself plus P&P; expect to pay about USD 10.
Alternatively you will find free CD/DVDs attached to many computer
magazines in you local magazine shop; those CDs often have OpenOffice on
them. Check the magazine's statement of the CD's content. Just ensure
the magazine is relevant to your Operating System.
