Hello Desmond AFAIK the link is simply broken. The chapter can be found in the complete User Guide http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/OOo2.x/user_guide2_draft.pdf There was another reference to this chapter on this list, yesterday or the day before, but I trashed it.
