Where did you find it? Tools >Macros >Run Macro is as close as I can get.

Tools -> Customize -> /Toolbars\ -> [Add...] -> +-BASIC
Seems like every question I ask here,
the answer is always "You could write a macro to do that",
so I thought I'd look into it,
and started by putting together a toolbar with the macro functions on it.
That's where I found them.
