No, none of them are. That's why I started with the warning:
In addition to the Gimp, here are a few more to check out. They are free
but not open source, and are less difficult to use.
I thought it would be good to include them as options because I'm not sure
whether Joe is asking for open source software from an ethical standpoint
or a cost one. Since he's asking for Windows software, I thought that it
might be just because of the price.
