Hi Morgan

Sorry you've had to ask your question twice.

I recently upgraded from the standard fc5 version of OOo to OOo's
version 2.1 and lost access to my Evolution address book.

How does one access Evolution address book from OOo?

It seems the module responsible in suse, fedora, ubantu is libevoab2.so.
Is this correct, is it available from OOo, can I simply drop it in from
another distro and have it work?

Normally OpenOffice.org doesn't come set up preconnected to any address book, so this is something that Fedora have done. How they did it, I don't know. And whether they did something special or out of the ordinary I don't know.

The standard way of connecting to an address book is
File / Wizards / Address Data Source

I hope that helps. Have you asked about this on the Fedora forum?
