Attempting to install after unpacking the files for version 2.1 the installer
returns the fillowing:
Error 1935.an error occured during the installation of assembly ''cl_types,
publickeytoken="celcb7e279207b9e", version="1.1.7.0" neutral"
Then all files are uninstalled and the installer finishes
This error normally occurs due to anti virus / firewall product
getting over active. Since it seems that you have both Symantec
AntiVirus Scan Engine and PC Tools AntiVirus running I'm going to
guess that this is the problem. Have a look here for more information

Huh ?? Defender doesn't stop spyware (Webroot) ; firewall is only 50%
effective (Zdnet) ; UAC can be turned off and is annoying ; SP1 (incl
security reasons) due end of 2007...
