hello, i am trying to make what i know as a fill in form. i have done this with word but no longer have word. can anyone help me with this? im not super computer smart so please keep it simple. i want to be able to put a box after some words to check and a box to fill in with an explanation of what happened. this is for a form to keep track of training for my search and rescue dogs. i need things like dates, weather and a large field to put the info in about what happened etc... thank you so much for your help. kelly
Hello Kelly XForm is what you're looking for. In OpenOffice.org go to File > New > XForm (second under the first dividing line).
